Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you should need to cancel one of your sessions, please make sure to contact Lauren within 24 hours of your appointment time otherwise you are expected to pay the full rate of the session.

Payment

Payments are expected to be paid in full at the end of every treatment.

Health Changes

Client must keep practitioner informed of any changes in health prior to session.

Travel fee

There is a $50 travel fee for any sessions done outside of my office.

Acceptable forms of payment

Cash, Checks, Venmo, Chase Quick Pay or Credit Card (additional fees for Credit Cards)

Lateness

If client arrives more than 20 minutes late to session they will not receive treatment and will be expected to pay a fee of half of the session cost.

If practitioner needs to cancel session within 24 hours of treatment client will receive 50% off next session.
